On entering the property via the front door there is a Utility room which leads to the fully fitted kitchen including a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, Dish Washer and numerous cupboards housing all of the utensils you will require to put your culinary expertise to the test.
There is a door that leads to the lounge which has a traditional Spanish Table and four chairs and to relax away those balmy nights there is a 3 seater sofa and 2 single arm chairs. There is a wall mounted LCD TV which shows all English TV including various SKY channels.
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes with the other 3 bedrooms also having fitted wardrobes. There is a play station 2 and various games to keep you entertained and 2 bicycles for the more adventurous.
There is a fully fitted bathroom with an over bath shower. The exterior includes a gazebo with a table and 4 chairs, ample lounging area and 4 sun loungers.
The 8x4 pool is cleaned and maintained each week and is warm enough to be used from May to October. Towels and bed linen are provided and on leaving the property a cleaning charge of 40 Euros is payable to cover the cost of preparing the property for the next guests.
