The crystal clear warm waters of the Mar Menor are only 20 minutes away and are a magnet to lovers of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, scuba and snorkeling on the marine preserves or just simply swimming – 253 km of coastline in all.
Murcia, the regional capital is an easy 20 minute drive by motorway over the mountains.The local airport of Murcia (San Javier) is 20 minutes drive and is served by several low cost airlines, Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive.
Directions
The property is located just off the 3319-The main road which goes from San Javier to Murcia. If you arrive at Murcia airport follow the signposts on the AP7 towards Alicante and only stay on the AP7 for one junction.
Take the turning for the 3319 Murcia and keep on this road for approximately 15 min's. After you pass Polaris World - La Torre on the left take the next turn off which is signposted Vale de Sol. As you come to the end of the filter land you will reach a traffic island and take the 2nd turning which is down a service road - make sure you take this and not the next turing which takes you back on the 3319. Carry on down the service road keeping the 3319 on your left hand side and eventually you will arrive at the development which is situated on the right hand side. Turn into the development and take the second road on the left. You have now arrived at the Villa which is the second on the left - Number 158.
